Swinging for Inclusion: $80,000 Raised to Support Adults with IDD

On Wednesday, September 10th, MARC, Inc. of Manchester hosted its 26th Annual Charity Golf Tournament, presented by Tzedakah House. Together, we raised more than $80,000, a 23% increase from last year, all in support of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

This record-breaking fundraiser marked an incredible milestone for MARC and those we serve.

At the awards ceremony, we celebrated a special moment with Jacob, MARC’s Assistive Technology Mentor. Jacob was recognized for his historic appointment as an Ambassador with the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce, the first individual from the IDD community to serve in this role in the Chamber’s 125-year history. Honored with both a town and state citation, Jacob exemplifies what it means to inspire others to reach new possibilities.

It was a true mission in action moment, showing our supporters how much their generosity matters in creating opportunities for individuals with IDD. Moments like these remind us of the incredible impact we can achieve together

This success would not have been possible without the unwavering dedication of our sponsors, volunteers, board members, staff, and partners. Together, you help us build a more inclusive world, one where adults with disabilities have the opportunity to thrive.
