MARC Pathways is a Transitional Services Program designed to help individuals explore different career options and build skills through hands-on experiences. Participants will have the opportunity to try multiple employment pathways and discover what best matches their interests, strengths, and goals.

Employment Pathways Offered

Participants will rotate through six career-focused pathways:

  • Culinary

  • Maintenance

  • Clerical

  • Retail

  • Hospitality

  • Manufacturing / Production

Program Details

  • Program Start Date: March 2, 2026

  • Location: Mahoney Recreation Center, Manchester, CT

  • Group Size: Two groups of 10 participants

  • Selection: Participants are chosen through an assessment process

  • Pathway Length: Each pathway runs 4–6 weeks
