The V.E.T Program prepares individuals for employment while building greater independence. Participants develop essential skills such as resume writing, interviewing, workplace communication, and maintaining a job, alongside practical life skills including daily living, financial management, and transportation.
Through individualized support and hands-on learning experiences, participants build and strengthen their confidence, skills, and independence which enables them to take the next steps toward meaningful employment.

Eligibility:
V.E.T is designed for individuals with disabilities, ages 22+, who have a strong desire to work, develop new skills, and pursue competitive employment.
Participants must:
- Be currently enrolled in GSE or DSO with Work
- Receive DDS funding for employment services
- Be motivated to work toward competitive employment
Important to note: Each 16-week cycle has a limited number of participant slots to maximize individualized training, support, and real-world experience.
